Highway Alliance: Highlights

Highway Alliance: About

The Introduction

A business network is not something new in the business sense.
It is a collective combination of contacts of one person with another person.

With this in mind, the contacts and business becomes larger in terms of a collective number.

This concept is an on-going concept, practiced by many, indifferent names, form and function-ability.

Highway Alliance is is not the first in this concept and Highway Alliance will not be the last.

Highway Alliance was formed not because, A Business Is A Business, but to create an alliance with others, other than our own.

The Concept

Helping Other People & Products Emerge (HOPE)

We do not guarantee a Closure of Sales,
We do know it is Closer to Sales.

The Mechanics

Whenever we have a need for something, family & friends are always the last on our list and with this in mind, we intent to change all that.

When we need the service of an electrician, we normally do not think of someone we know.

With this in mind, we intent for you to think of your alliance, your contacts first.

The Aim and Objective

The Aim

To Create a positive roll in the business circle.
To Impress & To Influence
To Inform & To Inculcate
To Impact & To Inspire

The Objective

All businesses should benefit all.
A business should have value in the products and services rendered or delivered to one another.

We represent, ourselves, our friends and their products and services.

Mission and Vision
The Mission

To create an alliance accepted by all, locally and internationally.

To create positive possibilities.
To create business opportunities.
To secure business opportunities.

The Vision

For One and  For All
To Create Links
To Enhance Relationship.
To Strengthen Ties.

The Voting Method

A simple majority vote will deem the result.

However, on occasions, decisions may come to a draw.
With this, a solution will come in with the use of a Golden Vote.

The Golden Vote

It is in the understanding that no decisions that are to be made will require a Golden Vote.

If so, the Head of the Councilor Associates will use this discretion to the matter in discussion.

This Golden Vote, is transferable to the next in line or to whom the Head of The Councilor Associates so chooses to pass the responsibility to.

The transfer of this vote is transferred when the matter in vote is related to the Head of the Councilor Associates in discussion or otherwise.

Toll Charges

Toll Charges is the term we use for Commission Charges or Introducer's Fee.

In every highway, there is always a toll gate placed somewhere, for the use of the said highway, Likewise, in Highway Alliance.

Highway Alliance role in the transaction, will act as an Introducer and charges or fees will paid for by the Supplier.
Introducers will be given a Percentage (from the Toll Charges collected).

Highway Alliance is not an MLM company and the Toll Chages will only be given to the Introducer before the Buyer and not all links to the Introducer.

The Buyer will also have savings on the Product & Service rendered within the alliance.
